This incident resulted in the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Police detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
